Our support network of qualified and experienced service engineers and agents are all highly trained to install, service and repair dental equipment, with most products being covered by "industry best" warranties.

A seamless support system has been incorporated into to our sales and ongoing service centre network, and designed so as to minimise any disruption to your practice, thereby allowing you to continue to operate your practice efficiently and maximise your patient focus and care.

Handpiece repairs in our own workshop

William Green is an A - Class certified centre for sales and service of Bien Air Handpieces and related equipment.

As part of our service team, we have a full-time Handpiece Technician on-site to complete repairs and maintenance. Work is normally turned around within two working days. If you wish, our technician can provide a quotation prior to the repair of your handpiece.

Spare Parts

At the William Green service centre there is over 6000 genuine spare parts available. If you need something, chances are we will have it.

William Green Pty Ltd has an extensive range of products and parts available in order to cater to your every need, enabling you to run an efficient practice. If however there is any product you require but have not seen featured on our website, please call our customer service centre or your sales manager and discuss with them your specific requirement. Whatever you may need, chances are we have it or can get it for you.
